・システム変更に伴う関連部門、他拠点との協力体制の構築

・システムの問題に対する分析、トラブルシューティング

・ソフトウェア開発による変更内容と影響範囲の理解

・システムの安定稼働のためにパフォーマンスのモニター、分析、問題解決、改善提案

・関連部門や他拠点と協働して問題解決やエンドユーザテストのサポート

・24時間365日のオン・コール・ローテーションによるシステム/ユーザ運用サポート

・データベース(Oracle, MSSQL)の基礎知識

・コーディング経験(言語は不問)

・Linux/Windowsサーバの基礎知識

・SEMI規格、及び半導体プロセスに関する知識

・問題の根本原因を追究する能力

・チームワークと協調性

・時間管理能力

As an IT Software Engineer at Micron you will configure, develop, maintain and support Micron and third-party applications. You will build and analyze software specifications, as well as research, design, document, modify, and support software throughout the development life cycle. You must demonstrate the functional and technical skills necessary to switch between development technologies and merge them to provide the best solution. You must have a demonstrated ability to create quality software and participate in quality improvement efforts. You will provide solutions that build business value while at the same time minimizing negative impact resulting from defects, downtime, or performance degradation.

Key Responsibilities

• You will work closely with multiple teams that make up IT, Information security and Technology to drive impactful change.
• Analyze and fix systems issues.
• Ensure that the potential impact of software development changes is well understood, using data to support understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Collaborate closely across functional teams for end-to-end testing and performance analysis of real-time data applications, solve issues, proactively identify new opportunities, and drive initiatives through to completion
• Support system stabilization and user operation by 24/7 On call rotation

Requirement (Preferred Skills and Experiences):
Regarding IT technical skill and knowledge, they are not mandatory. We have their training curriculums.

• Database (Oracle, MSSQL) knowledge and SQL skills
• Scripting skills with any language
• Linux/Windows operations skills
• Knowledge of SEMI standards and semiconductor processes
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) knowledge
• Ability to solve complex problems and address root causes
• Strong partnering and teamwork skills
• Strong time management skills
• English and Japanese skills to acquire the supports from global teams and to communicate with customers
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Information technology or equivalent filed of study
