お仕事内容

  • フォークリフトを使用しての野菜等の冷蔵・冷凍倉庫への入出庫、

荷揃え及び在庫管理業務

基本、パレットの積み降ろしになりますが、若干の手作業もあります。

【給与】


月給 250,000円〜396,600円

【給与例(年収例)】


想定年収 2,942,800円 ~ 4,993,200円

賞与:年2回(前年度実績:合計-基本給×2か月分)

昇給:あり(前年度実績:1.02%~4.90%)

※試用期間は3ヶ月です。試用期間中の雇用形態や給与、その他条件は変わりません。

※給与は経験・能力による。【弊社は人事評価制度(1等級~5等級)を導入しており、上記目安は1等級~3等級の想定となります。】

みなし残業代:有(1等級25時間/2等級35時間/3等級45時間)

※みなし残業時間を超えた場合は割増賃金をお支払します。

勤務時間: 8:00 〜 17:00 (昼休憩1時間)

残業:あり(月20時間程度)

【必須応募条件】

・普通自動車運転免許

・日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2レベル

・在留資格をお持ちの方

・食品工場でのご経験がある方

・製造工場でのご経験がある方

※フォークリフト運転技能講習修了の方が望ましい。

但、入社時は必ずしもフォークリフト免許がなくても構いません。

当社で免許取得費用を全面補助します。

本業務はフォークリフトが必須となるため、

こちらの職種での入社だとフォークリフト免許が取得できます。
