AI研究開発エンジニア (LLM、汎用AIモデル、ロボットシステム連携など)

■ 職務内容

(雇入れ直後) 最先端AI技術の研究から実用化まで一貫して担当。大規模言語モデル(LLM)や画像・音声AIの研究開発、市場ニーズ分析、最適ユースケースの探索、ビジネス向けソリューションの提案、実用システム(Web/モバイルアプリ/ロボットシステム)の設計・開発。
(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務

■ 応募資格

・Pythonに習熟し、PyTorchやTensorFlowなどのフレームワーク活用経験があること。
・Javascript, PHP等を用いたWebアプリ構築の開発経験があること。
・LLMに関する基本的な知識と活用経験があること。
・オープンソースの深層学習モデルのチューニングスキル。
・AWS、Azure、GCPなどの主要なクラウドサービスプロバイダーに関する実務的な知識。
・顧客ニーズを正確に理解し、技術的な詳細をわかりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力。
・技術的な議論やプレゼンテーションが可能なビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル。

・エンドユーザー向けの直感的なUI/UX設計スキル。
・迅速なプロトタイプ開発を通じたアイデア実証能力。
・スクラムやアジャイル開発方法論を活用したプロジェクト運営経験。

・技術的内容を非技術者にも理解しやすく伝えるプレゼンテーション能力。
