システムエンジニア(開発未経験 /保守.運用.監視からのキャリアチェンジ可)

【仕事内容】

同社では、現在のご経験を土台に、段階的に開発スキルを身につけられる環境をご用意しています。

携わるプロジェクトは、金融・通信・運輸・製造・医療・官公庁など多彩な業界の業務システム。

開発ジャンルに偏らず、幅広い案件から【ご本人の経験・スキル・目指したいキャリア】に合わせたアサインを行っています。

<業務例> ※あくまで一例となります

・保守・運用と並行した簡単な改修や機能追加対応

・Web/業務系システムの設計・開発(使用言語:Java/C#/Pythonなど)

・小規模機能の開発や単体テストの実施

  • キャリアに応じた工程配属

現在地と目指す方向に応じて、参画する工程やポジションを柔軟に調整しています

  • ジュニア層:

実務を通じて現場理解を深めながら、段階的に開発工程にチャレンジ

  • 中堅層:

詳細設計〜基本設計など、設計工程へのチャレンジをサポート

  • 上流経験者:

要件定義・顧客折衝・リーダーポジションなど、裁量ある役割へ

将来的には、マネジメント志向/上流志向/技術特化型など、多様なキャリアパスを選択可能です。

プロジェクト内で悩むことがあっても、元エンジニアの営業や社内のマネージャーがサポートしますので、安心して業務に取り組める体制が整っています。

配属先に関しては客先常駐(リモートワーク8割)となり、2〜10名のチームでプロジェクトに参画していただきます。また案件の状況やご本人の希望により、受託開発にもチャレンジすることが可能です。

【応募資格】

職種未経験歓迎

いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・運用・保守・監視業務の経験1年以上

・プログラミングスクール等での学習終了、もしくは自己学習で一定のレベルの学習を実施されている方

勤務地: 東京都港区南青山五丁目11番9号 レキシントン青山3階

アクセス:東京メトロ銀座線「表参道駅」より徒歩約5分

※本社または東京23区内の顧客先での勤務を予定しています。

  • 将来的に従事する可能性のある場所 本社および全ての支社、営業所
  • 転勤あり 転勤基本なし※ただし部署異動、組織再編、事業所移設などに伴う転勤可能性あり
  • リモートワークあり(出社あり、週2〜4日リモートOK)

リモートワーク(併用含む)が案件の8割程度ですが、必要に応じて出社をしています。

  • 受動喫煙防止策あり 屋内全面禁煙、屋外に喫煙所を設置

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間

【給与】

350万円〜550万円

月給制 基本給218500円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として33500円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)上限30000円

※年に2〜3回、土曜日に全社イベント(半日・対面)がありますが、当月中に振替休日の取得が可能です。/リフレッシュ休暇、誕生月・結婚記念月休暇
