仕事内容:
①利用者宅への訪問看護業務(1日5件程度の訪問)
②健康状態の観察と医師の指示に基づく看護実施
③服薬サポート、傷の処置、リハビリ支援
④療養生活に関するアドバイスと家族への指導
⑤電話対応専任業務(在宅ワーク可能)
⑥夜間オンコール対応(在宅ワーク可能)

オンコール勤務は勤務扱いのため、明けの日は勤務不要となるなど、メリハリのある働き方ができます。

勤務時間・曜日:
訪問看護+オンコール勤務の場合:
・週40時間勤務
・日勤:8時50分~17時50分
・オンコール:17時50分~8時50分(月4~5回程度)
※オンコール勤務は勤務扱いのため、オンコール明けの日は勤務不要となります
※オンコール勤務は休日にはカウントされません
休暇・休日:
毎週2日の休日に加え、その月の祝日数分
夏季休日:会社が指定する3日間
冬季休日:会社が指定する4日間

【給与詳細】月給: 26万円以上~(看護師経験5年以上の想定)
