業務内容はご経験に応じて調整しますので、ブランクのある方も歓迎します
少人数の職場のため、これまでのご経験を活かしながら、
自分のペースで働ける環境です。
主な業務内容
- 電話・来客対応
- 見積書・請求書の作成、チェック
- 工事台帳の入力・管理
- 契約書・註文書などの書類管理
- 工事関連書類の作成補助(安全書類、作業員名簿、提出書類等)
- 現場・協力会社との電話やメールでの連絡対応
- 勤怠管理、経費精算などの事務処理
