●Requirements (必要な能力/経験/資):
・Marketing and communiaction development experience as a project leader (IMC development, asset creation with agency)
・Strategic/logical thinking to build a plan that meets the overall brand goals and objectives.
・Analytical skills for planning and business process improvement
・Communication skills (Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese for business purposes, both verbally and in writing / skills to involve and drive team members by providing responsibility and accountability)
・Agility and Flexibility
