Shiseido Ginza Tokyo is house brand, which has the biggest business size in the company.
The brand is distributed to 90 markets. Roles of Strategy & Business Development Department are to build brand mid-term plan and drive business development in Regions.
In the department the Strategy Group is in charge of developing brand global over-arching strategies, from branding to product honoring teamwork and organization efficiency and ensure good organizational process for mid-term strategy execution.
●Key Responsibilities:
・Support GM and VP to define and implement brand vision and mid-term strategy from branding/ franchise/ product perspective.
・Actively and proactively lead the part of the mid term strategy or assigned strategic project (pricing, sustainability, product etc) by involving key stakeholders.
・Ensure the mid term strategy is well penetrated and well on track at regional level in collaboration with BD.
・Design and manage working process to put strategy into actions and drive efficiently across all departments.
・Actively lead or support the Brand Summit
・Find New Business Opportunity focusing on service & product based on Brand Mid Term strategy & plan.
●Requirements:
・Experience in global organization or an organization which has communication with global (preferably FMCG or beauty industry).
・At least 5 yrs of experience in consumer brand/ product marketing (preferably experience in prestige brand or cosmetic) & knowledge of consumer marketing
・At least 5 yrs experience on developing and deploying the strategy (business development, product development, communication,etc)
・Business level of English skill is required (TOEIC more than 800)
・Excellent communication skills and collaboration mindset
・Curious to learn and challenge oneself in a fast-paced environment
・Presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment
・Analytical & problem solving skills with great attention to details
