【具体的には】
・ 顧客からのヒアリング・経営課題の抽出
・ 課題解決のための「分析設計」の考案
・ SQLによるデータ抽出・集計
・ プログラム言語による多変量解析・データマイニング
(Python、R等で統計学の知識や機械学習を用いた高度な解析を実施)
・ レポート作成(Tableau、Excel、PowerPoint等により分析結果を可視化
・ クライアントに報告(定例会でプレゼンし、コンサルティングの実施)
【求める人材】
・ データ抽出・集計のスキル(VBA、SAS、Python、R、SQL、Pythonいずれかの使用経験)
・ ビッグデータ解析の経験
・ 社内外のステークホルダーと対話するためのコミュニケーション・ドキュメンテーションスキル
・ シミュレーションモデル、アルゴリズム設計
・ 機械学習・ニューラルネットワーク・ディープラーニングの手法を用いた経験
・ 論理的思考能力、仮説構築力、数値解析力、分析力、問題解決力
・ 問題を一般化・抽象化・数値化する能力
・ 統計学、数学に関する知識
・ データを活用した業務効率化の推進や新規事業立ち上げの経験
・ Excel、Accessなどによるデータ集計・分析
【給与】
年収1000~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
