【仕事内容】

交通事故後の事故車や代車の移動を中心とした業務です。

運転が好きな方や、丁寧な対応を心がけたい方には、

やりがいを感じていただけるお仕事です。

  • 主な業務内容

・事故車の引き取り(事故現場やご自宅など)

・代車/レンタカーの配送・引き渡し

・洗車や簡単な点検作業

・社内フォームへの簡単な報告入力

※運転業務が全体の約6割を占めます

※1日あたりの対応件数は約4件、愛知県内が中心(一部三重・岐阜・静岡あり)

  • 入社後の流れ

まずは先輩社員の車に同乗し、引取・納車の流れやお客様対応を丁寧に学んでいただきます。

研修期間中は、事故現場での動き方や社内システムの使い方などもイチからサポート。

慣れてきたら少しずつ自立して稼働できるように進めていくので、未経験の方でも安心です

【必須資格】

・普通自動車免許(ATのみ不可)

「マニュアル車の運転免許はあるけどしばらく乗っていない」という方もお気軽にご応募ください

入社後に何度かMT車を運転したら、自然に慣れてくると思います。

もちろん先輩がしっかり指導するのでご安心を

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 30万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万8800円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

交通費支給(月5万円まで)

時間外手当(残業代全額支給※固定残業超過分)

出張手当
