お客様のご案内、接客、ドリンク作り など
お客様との信頼関係を大切にした、完全予約制・コース制のお店です。
ワイワイ楽しく…というよりも、テキパキと動き、ひとつのことに熱心に取り組める方をお待ちしています。
店長やスタッフによるサポート体制も万全で、安心してお仕事をスタートできる環境です

『熊の焼鳥106』のこだわりは、何と言ってもここでしか味わえない鶏肉。
養鶏場と共同で、焼鳥のための鶏肉を独自に作りあげました。
どこの焼鳥店にも卸したことがない逸品です
野菜をはじめとした食材は、旬のものを厳選して仕入れています。
同じ野菜でも、季節ごとに違う品種を、それぞれに合った調理法で提供しています。

鶏肉は、紀州の備長炭を使った「燻し焼き」という独自の焼き方で仕上げています。
地鶏・銘柄鶏・若鶏のそれぞれの良さを引き出す「火入れ」「味付け」「調理法」を駆使して、至高の焼鳥を実現。
