Job Description
エンドユーザーからのテクニカルな問題をL2でサポートし、ITチケットシステムでソフトウェア、ハードウェア、アプリケーションのトラブルシューティングを行う。
グローバルサービスデスクや他L2インフラサービスプロバイダーと連携して、顧客/ユーザー向けのサービス品質の向上を図る。
特定のITインフラサービス(Outlook、Office 365、モバイルサービスなど)のスペシャリストとしてチームに貢献する。
