- 業務概要
【募集背景】
世界的にも「住みやすい都市」として注目を集める福岡。当社はその中心で都市の魅力をさらに引き出すプロジェクトを推進しています。
都市の発展に伴い拡大する当社事業を牽引する新たな仲間を募集いたします。
【業務詳細】
都市開発における企画立案からプロジェクト推進まで幅広くご担当いただきます。
・プロジェクト用地仕入・立地調査
協力会社(不動産仲介会社、行政、士業等)と連携し情報収集。
用地の特性を活かした最適な建物を検討し、土地の取得を行います。
・商品企画
用地に適したアセットタイプ(オフィス・マンション・物流等)を検討し、関係各社と商品コンセプトを企画します。
周辺調査と市場分析を行い、街づくりの企画案を形にします。
・プロジェクト推進・統括
商品企画確定後はプロジェクトマネージャーとして全体推進を担当。
関係各社をとりまとめ、計画通りの進行を導きます。
・多様なアセットの企画立案
これまで開発運営に取り組んできたアセットに留まらず、新たなカテゴリーの開拓にも注力しています。

- 応募資格
【必須(MUST)】
不動産業界や建築業界での業務経験 (3年以上)
【歓迎(WANT)】
・商業施設、オフィスビル、共同住宅等の開発または用地取得業務経験
・設計監修、設計監理業務経験
