The Impact You'll Make in this Role

• Expertise on Order Entry /Correction, including Manual Order entry and Air Shipment Mode order arrangement, Paperwork arrangement (e.g., communication with logistic center, inventory status update to division).
• RDD change operations, manual interventions due to order platform error (e.g., Partner Portal/EDI).
• Data readiness for TDSA exit, handling customer transactions related to order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, expedition support and other related policies & procedures.
• SAP Hana OTC deployment data & process readiness.
• Support Service Automation.
• Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with Solventum terms & conditions.
