Job Title: JP Purification and Filtration Customer Service Representative

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

• Expertise on Order Entry /Correction incl Manual Order entry /Air Shipment Mode order arrangement, Paperwork arrangement eg communication with logistic center, inventory status update to division.
• RDD change operations, manual interventions due to order platform error eg Partner Portal/ EDI.
• Data readiness for TDSA exit , handling customer transactions relates to order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, expedition support and other related policies & procedures.
• SAP Hana OTC deployment data & process readiness
• Support Service Automation
• Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with Solventum terms & conditions.
