<具体的な業務内容>

  • 「人」の真贋を見抜くスカウト(採用・面接)

あなたの鋭い洞察力で、未来の仲間となる

人材を発掘するための求人情報を作成。

面接対応を通じて、候補者の本質や

ポテンシャルを見極める「人を見る目」を、

実践で徹底的に鍛え上げます。

入社後は各種フォローを通じて、

メンバーの成長を加速させる仕組みを学びます。

  • 成果を最大化する組織デザイン(制度・環境改善)

社内の勤務環境改善や、新しい制度構築など、

「こんな仕組みがあれば組織が強くなる」

というアイデアを形にします。
