様々な分野の部品製造(自動車、トラック、バス、建設機械、農業機器など)をお任せします。
2~3名でのチーム作業が中心ですので、困ったときも安心です。
製造するのは、エンジンが生み出したパワーをタイヤに伝える「プロペラシャフト」という重要部品。
乗用車から、物流を支える大型トラック、さらには建設現場の重機や農業を支えるトラクターまで…
あなたが手掛けた部品が、日本中、そして世界中の「動くもの」の命となります。
人々の生活インフラを支えている実感も得られるのでやりがい抜群です。

入社後は、まず会社や業務、製品について学ぶ「新人研修」からスタート。
基礎を身につけたら、現場でのOJTを通して実践的に仕事に慣れていきます。
経験豊富な先輩がしっかりサポートするので、機械に詳しくない方や工場未経験の方もご安心ください。
