【業務内容】
クラウドスペシャリストの立場で顧客システムのクラウドリフト・クラウドシフトに伴う上流工程から支援します。
PoC、システム化の検討といった上流工程から、その後の要件定義、設計、構築、テスト、リリースまでの一連作業を幅広く対応し、
案件によっては運用設計や運用維持保守も実施します。
【入社後に任せる業務内容】
■当社のプロジェクトは、平均5名程度のメンバーで構成されています。
案件期間は数ヶ月から1年強と幅広く、コンテナやKubernetesといった最新のクラウド技術に触れる機会も豊富です。
このポジションでは、プロジェクトリーダーとして、以下の業務を担っていただきます。
・新規・既存のプライム案件の推進(顧客開拓を含む)
・チームメンバーの管理
・顧客折衝やベンダーコントロール
■TerraformやAnsibleを活用した開発経験はもちろん、多様な技術的課題に挑戦することで、技術者として飛躍的に成長できる環境です。
自社独自の自動構築サービス「U-Way」をはじめとしたパッケージ開発も積極的に進めており、

【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
■5名以上のチームにおけるマネジメント(顧客折衝、進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理、ベンダーコントロールなど)経験
■要件定義、方式設計、基本設計工程の経験(上流工程経験)
■下記いずれか2つ以上のインフラ基盤構築経験
・クラウドサービス(OCI、AWS,Azure等)を利用したシステム構築経験
・仮想化基盤(VMware等)を利用したシステム構築経験
特にオンプレ(VMware)からクラウドへの移行経験
・DB移行(Oracle、PostgreSQL、MySQL、SQLServer)に関わる業務経験
特にオンプレからクラウドへの移行経験
・仮想化、コンテナ技術(Kubernetes、docker等)についての経験
・バックアップ/リストア、監視等の運用設計経験
・ディザスタリカバリの設計、構築経験
【歓迎スキル・経験】
■顧客へのシステム提案経験
■RFPから提案書作成経験
■サービス立ち上げに伴う企画立案経験
■部下育成経験
