About the Organization
The AI Robot Association (AIRoA) is a non-profit organization established in 2024 to accelerate the social implementation of AI robotics.
Funded with JPY 20.5 billion (approx. USD 130 million) from NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), AIRoA leads a national-scale project to develop foundational AI models and promote Japan's leadership in the global AI robotics industry.

Position Overview
As our Recruiting Manager, you will lead the global hiring efforts for AIRoA, driving the full spectrum of recruitment activities — from strategy design to execution. You will play a key role in shaping the organization's growth during its critical expansion phase, managing both domestic and international recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global hiring strategy aligned with AIRoA's organizational goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct direct sourcing and outreach via BizReach, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and execute recruitment events, job fairs, and networking initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Coordinate with HR and labor management teams on hiring policies and compliance

- 採用イベント、就職フェア、ネットワーキング活動の企画と実行
- 社内チームと連携して、雇用主ブランディングと採用マーケティングを強化する
- 採用方針とコンプライアンスについて人事および労務管理チームと調整する
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) — required
- Fluent Japanese communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site in Tokyo (remote work not available)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, labor relations, or talent development
- Background in technology, AI, or robotics recruitment
- Experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team
- Proven success in global or startup environments
- Knowledge of employer branding, HR analytics, or recruiting automation tool
- Experience in English communication
- Experience in global or cross-border community management
