Job Responsibilities


Manage Labelling/kitting/assembling Operations:
Give priority to DBS on a daily basis in coordination with Planning team to ensure operations meet the availability target,
Use subcontractor when needed for service or cost reasons
Follow the productivity with DBS supervisor on both manual and semi automatic labelling processes to build improvement plan
Labels local purchase
Check DBS report and invoices


Other Tasks:

Inbound process:
follow reception and Put-away/Storage progress for urgent items

Customization/Manufacturing:
coordinate operations (ex. filling)

Outbound process:
optimize stock replenishment, Picking, Packing and Shipments

Scrap:
coordinate monthly scrap with Planning and WHS
Ensure Safety and Security in warehouse to meet LVMH rules / Warehouse Core Model
Work closely with 3PL on continuous improvements to gain better productivity/ capacity and flexibility on warehouse operations
Ensure/build reliable relationship with Logistics partner (3PL)

Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations (supply chain or manufacturing) First experience in interacting with a 3PL is a huge plus Japanese native or fluent is mandatory, English is preferred Excel basic/advanced level System knowledge/experience of WMS, ERP, Microsoft AX is a plus Comfortable in multicultural context Outspoken and able to reports facts and raise alerts whenever needed Able to manage urgency, adaptable to fast pace activity and multitasking
