対象疾患:脳血管、廃用症候群、難病

単位数・リハビリ人数・訪問件数:[1日の訪問件数] 5~6件 [訪問エリア] 白石区・豊平区・中央区(ほぼ白石区の訪問) ※非常勤の場合はこの限りではありません

【仕事内容】

理学療法士業務全般をお任せします。

・訪問看護ステーションの理学療法士のお仕事

・ご自宅で生活している方のところへ訪問し、その方らしい毎日を送れるようにリハビリを行います。

・住み慣れたおうちでの生活を大切にしながら、安心して過ごせるようサポートをお願いします*

・自立支援に関わるやりがいを感じられるお仕事ですよ

8:30-17:30 ※変形労働時間制 (1ヶ月単位で設定) 休憩時間:60分 残業時間:月 約2時間
