仕事内容
H&Mのセールスアドバイザーとして、お客様が快適にショッピングをお楽しみいただけるようにサポートいたします。笑顔でカスタマーをお迎えし、お探しの商品を見つけやすいように店内を案内しながら、H&Mの商品をご紹介します。

主な業務
- カスタマーが自分に合う商品を選べるよう、ファッションや商品についての知識をわかりやすく伝える。
- H&Mでのお買い物に満足していただけるようチームと協力して、期待以上のサービスを提供する。常に品揃えが豊富な売場とバックオフィスが整理整頓され、快適に過ごせるように保つ。
- ストアー(店舗)の開店および閉店業務をサポートする。
- カスタマーと接する際は、自身とブランドの魅力をポジティブに伝える。

私たちのストアー(店舗)は、カスタマーが直接ブランドを感じられる H&Mの大切な場所です。セールスアドバイザーやストアマネージャー(店長)、ビジュアルマーチャンダイザーなど、店舗で働く全員が温かく魅力的な雰囲気作りを心がけています。また、エリアチームとも協力し、他の店舗と情報を共有して一緒に成功を目指しています。チームと共に、カスタマーが自分にぴったりな最新のトレンドやスタイルを楽しめるようにサポートします。カスタマーとの良い関係を築きながら、ファッションを多くの人に届けています。
資格
応募資格
以下のような方を求めています。
- ファッション、リテール、または接客経験・興味(未経験可)がある方。
さらに以下の方も歓迎しています。
- ファッションが好き、カスタマーサービスが好き、コーディネートが好きで商品の魅力を伝えながら売上に貢献したい方。
- チームと一緒に働くことが好きで、変化の多い環境で活躍できる方。
- コミュニケーション力があり、クリエイティブで、新しいシステムを学びながら成長したいという意欲がある方。
- 柔軟性、行動力のある方。

雇用契約期間:無期雇用契約(正社員)
試用期間: 6か月間(試用期間中の給与・勤務時間:本採用と同じ)
就業場所:(雇い入れ直後)H&M新三郷、お台場、コクーン大宮、錦糸町店で研修予定。

(変更の範囲) 販売及び本社における会社の定める業務
就業時間 : 1か月ごとのシフト制(8時間労働・休憩60分)
変形労働時間制(週平均40~48時間まで)
休日:週休2日(シフトによる)
時間外労働の詳細:ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要
年俸:2,376,900万円(年俸制)~
