【Key Responsibilities】

Scrum Master

・Lead Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

・Ensure Agile practices are followed.

・Resolve obstacles and support continuous improvement.

・Communicate effectively between stakeholders and the development team.

・Track sprint progress and team performance metrics.

Business Analyst

・Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

・Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

・Support UAT and validate that deliverables meet requirements.

・Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

・Technical Responsibilities

・Identify and implement process improvements (automation, optimization, infrastructure updates).

・Resolve data-related technical issues with IT and business teams.

・Assist users with Power BI report creation (preferred).

・Collaborate with data/analytics teams to enhance system performance.

【Required Skills & Experience】

・Business Analyst experience required.

・Strong knowledge of ETL, SQL, and AWS.

・Data Governance experience preferred.

・Able to work independently in an Agile, fast-moving environment.
