【お仕事内容】

障がい児と障がい者の日中活動支援の場、

『放課後等デイサービス』と『生活介護』の多機能施設です。

主に10代~20代のご利用者の介助やサポートをお任せします。

(一日5名定員)

【お仕事詳細:生活支援員】

❏食事介助、排泄介助、入浴介助

❏日常生活動作の見守り、介助

❏医療ケア(喀痰吸引・経管栄養※研修修了者のみ)

❏送迎者添乗 ※運転可の方尚良

❏レクリエーション活動

❏運動会、ふれあい祭り

お出かけなどイベントの企画、運営

重度障がい者支援のお仕事ではございますが、

高齢者介護での勤務経験がおありの方も

ご経験を十分に活かすことができます

利用者様と目線を合わせてお話しをするなど、

相手に寄り添うお人柄を重視しています

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり172時間

  • 日勤

8:30-19:30の間で早出遅出のシフト制

実働時間:8時間

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与について

・介護福祉士=250,000円〜

・実務者研修=243,000円〜

・初任者研修=240,000円〜

・無資格者 =225,000円~

賞与:年3回 ※前年実績3ヶ月分支給

昇給:年1回

通勤手当:上限25,000円/月

祝日勤務:100円/時間

運転手当:1,500~3,000円
