【東京都日野市】品質改善・業務標準化支援/生産技術/製造現場経験者歓迎

医療機器メーカーでの生産技術業務をお任せいたします。製造現場で品質改善・業務標準化支援を資料作成スキルを活せます。世界最先端技術と日本の医療を支えるエンジニアとしてキャリア形成が可能です

ご入社後に担当いただく想定配属先の業務は、製造ラインの品質課題に対する改善活動や、作業手順・点検記録・品質レポートなどの文書作成を担当いただきます。

また、業務改善提案書の作成や、関連情報の収集・整理・管理リストの更新など、現場と事務の橋渡し役として活躍いただきます。

使用ツールはExcel、PowerPoint、Word等のOfficeツール。

製造現場での実務経験や、品質管理・設備操作の経験がある方は即戦力としてご活躍いただけます。

製造経験を活かしモノづくり工程の理解を深め、品質管理や生産技術エンジニアとして成長可能な環境です

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(プロジェクトにより異なる)1日あたりの実働時間:8時間 休憩時間60分

(年2回土曜日の会社指定出勤日有り)

給与


月給 22万円~28万円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
  • 昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

※スキル経験年数を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。

【諸手当】

  • 普通残業/深夜残業手当/休日出勤手当(1分単位で全額支給)
  • 通勤費全額支給

(車の場合、ガソリン代を支給)

  • 家族手当 ※扶養者のみ

  • 赴任手当

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

  • 借上社宅制度(社員寮)※単身・家族で利用可
  • 引越費用全額会社負担

※会社都合での転居(赴任先への引っ越し)の場合のみ

  • 赴任旅費
  • 帰省旅費支給

支給条件:

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)

・扶養家族を有しない単身赴任者(1回/6カ月)

(※独身での転勤の場合、支給なし)

  • 慶弔見舞金支給
