AIApp推進チームでは、共創型アジャイルSIサービスforMicrosoftAzureを提供し、
顧客のプロダクト開発における方針の最適化、開発者体験/開発生産性を高める施策、
GitHub/FindyTeam+などを利用したAI駆動開発の推進などを支援しています。

【具体的には】
・ 顧客のプロダクト開発における方針の最適化の提案と実行支援
・ 開発者体験/開発生産性を高める施策の実行
・ GitHub/FindyTeam+などを利用した、AI駆動開発の推進
・ 上記サービスを提供するにあたってのチームのマネジメント
・ 今後の展開: 「AI駆動開発による内製化支援」としての新たなサービスを打ち出す
【求める人材】
・ システム開発PJにおける、アプリ/インフラ含めたアーキテクチャ設計のご経験(3年以上)※規模は問わず
・ 上記の業務の中でプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験(1年以上)
・ 3~10人程度のチーム管理のご経験(1年以上)

【給与】
年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
