具体的な仕事内容
全国の小売店・ディスカウントストアで販売される紳士服を中心としたアパレル製品の生産管理業務をお任せします。
具体的には…
- 海外の工場へオーダーを出す
(バングラデシュ、ミャンマー、中国、インドなど)
- 仕様書の作成
- 届いたサンプルを確認し「サイズが違う」
「生地が少し厚い」などがあれば修正を依頼
- スケジュール通りに商品が仕上がるよう調整
- 工場へ出荷の指示を出す
- 展示会参加 など
当社の商品はすべて自社で企画したものを海外に委託生産し輸入。
それらを全国の中間卸売・小売業者に販売しています。

商品・サービスの強みは?
「自分が着たいと思う服は扱わない」
同社が扱う商品の基準をお伺いした際、代表からはこのような言葉が。
実際企画を考える際、市場の情報などを参考にサンプルを購入していますが、自分で着てみたい、格好良いと思う服を選ぶとほぼ失敗するとのこと。
というのも、同社に求められているのは機能性やデザイン性ではなく、いかに低価格で気軽に着られるかどうか。極端に言えば、まとめ買いができる消耗品として位置づけられています。
緩いサイクルで好みの変化はありますが、部屋着というジャンル自体がなくなることはないため、その点でいけば安定しています。
私たちが自宅でリラックスしながら過ごせるのは、同社のような存在のおかげと言ってもいいかもしれません。
同社の商品は高くても2000円以下。某世界的アパレルショップよりも下の価格帯がメインです。

きびしさ
年間200~300アイテムを扱うため、進行管理にはスピードと正確さが欠かせません。新商品は1割程度で、既存商品の改良が中心となるため、地道な改善や細かな調整が多くなります。海外工場とのやり取りでは語学力や調整力も必要で、時には納期や品質に厳しい要求が突きつけられることも。責任感を持って粘り強く取り組む姿勢が求められます。
有給取得率はほぼ100%。有給などを含めれば、年間休日は120日を超えます。
商品はすべて自社で企画し、海外で生産~輸入して販売しています。
経験などにもよりますが、働き方は柔軟に対応。個人に合わせた福利厚生を用意することも。
