仕事内容


【仕事内容】

  • 企業・官公庁に研修サービスを提案するお仕事です/最大週2日在宅勤務可

・アポイント、訪問、打ち合わせ(既存70%・新規30%)

(新規営業も紹介や関連組織に対してが中心で心理的負担が少なめです)

・提案書、見積書作成

・顧客とのヒアリング結果に基づく研修カリキュラム作成

・講師との打ち合わせ など

※まずは既存顧客(官公庁・公的機関を中心としたリピーター様)の対応からお願いします。OJTを通じて丁寧に引継ぎをします。

※おかげ様でリピート率が非常に高く、お客様と継続的な関係を構築することができます。

※お客様の課題に応じたサービスを提供するソリューション型のスタイルのため、お客様が求めていないサービスを無理に提案することは一切ありません。

※毎日外出をしているというスタイルではなく、週5日間のうち平均2日外出、3日内勤(研修の企画、調整、事務処理等)という働き方です。お客様との面談は、訪問のみでなくオンラインもあります。

※九州地区を中心に出張があります。(現状、週1~2日程度は直行直帰スタイルです。原則出張時の残業はありません。)

資格


【必須条件】

・正社員として営業職、販売職、店舗マネジメント、ブライダル等の顧客対応経験を有すること

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel・Word・PowerPoint)

・基本的なビジネスマナー

【歓迎/尚可】※必須ではありません。

・法人向け営業経験1年以上(業界未経験OK)

・人事経験

・対人コミュニケーション経験

・普通自動車免許(AT可)
