仕事内容:

児童心理治療施設・児童養護施設に入所している児童に対する心理的な支援を行ってもらいます。児童の支援に興味のある方、多職種の職員と丁寧な連携ができる方、福祉領域以外の経験者も歓迎します。

【主な職務内容】

・入所児童への心理的支援(心理療法、心理検査、生活支援、学習支援)

・カンファレンスへの参加

・職員との連携、新人職員への研修

・学園行事への参加

・関係機関との連携

・各研修会への参加

・当園は住み込みフレックスタイム制と通勤フレックスタイム制を採用しています。心理士は通勤フレックスタイム制となり、中抜け・一時帰宅も可能です。また、心理士内で休みを決めるため、休みの希望が通りやすいです。

求める人材:

・大学院(心理)修了(予定可)

・臨床心理士(取得見込み可)の資格を持つ者

・公認心理師もあれば尚可

・普通自動車免許

・ワードやパワーポイントなど、基本的なPC操作が可能

勤務時間・曜日:

・基本は9:00〜心理療法終了まで。出退勤の時間は勤務状況などに合わせて変更可能。

例:9時出勤~20時退勤の場合、3時間休憩を取得

・休日は土日のどちらかを含む、連続する2日間

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(4週160時間)、現在は土日どちらかを含む連続する2日間で取得しています

・行事などにより休日の変更有

・有給年間20日(初年度は入職から4か月経過後から20日間取得可能)

・育児休暇、特別休暇など取得可能

勤務地:

・研修会への参加あり

・職場敷地内は完全禁煙

アクセス:

・最寄り駅:JR山陽本線 西条駅→バス(広島大学行)16分「ががら口」下車→徒歩15分

・自家用車での通勤(駐車場あり、無料)

給与:

・賞与(年):初年度2回(4.03月分)、2年度以降2回(4.8月分)

・昇給:年1回

・住宅手当、通勤手当あり
