仕事内容:

工場内で鉄・ステレンスの鋼板を曲げたり溶接したりするお仕事です。

製作する製品は乗り物、建設機械、建築に関わる部品など様々です。

具体的な仕事

・曲げ加工(プレス機操作)

・アーク溶接

・開先加工

・歪み取り

※みなさんの長所・適性をみながら仕事の内容は決めていきます。

重量物ですので、天井クレーンを使用します。

鋼板の厚さは6mm~50mmが多く、耐摩耗鋼板といった磨耗しにくい特殊材の加工実績もあります。

製作品は、ショベルカーやブルドーザーといった建設機械の部品から、建築に使用される部品、鉄道関連の部品まで様々です。

みなさんの暮らしに関わる製品を作っています。

それだけにいろいろな製品を作るやりがいと面白さがあります。

経験者の方はもちろん、未経験の方でも一から丁寧に指導致します。
