仕事内容:
自動車部品用金型の設計・製作および製品開発・生産を行う当社にて、自動成形機および組立設備の改善・保全業務をお任せします。
【詳細】
・生産設備の工程内不良の特定と対策
・設備の定期メンテナンス実施
・設備の生産性向上の対策立案と実施
・新規生産ラインの立ち上げ:作業スペース確保/帳票作成など
・設備トラブル復旧
【教育体制】
・先輩社員がOJT研修を行います。
・特殊な工程/設備が多いため、必要に応じ入社後に生産部署を回る研修を予定しています。
