※本ポジションの勤務地は千葉県流山市か兵庫県尼崎市のどちらかのフルフィルメントセンター(以下FCとします。)です。勤務地は応募者の方の希望に配慮して決定いたします。
アマゾンの物流拠点であるフルフィルメントセンター(以下FC) は全国に20か所以上あり、それぞれにInbound(入荷)、Outbound(出荷)、およびQuality Assurance (品質保証)チームが存在し、全国FCの入荷に関する中央管制塔として担当する工程の管理業務を行っています。
このポジションは入荷の工程管理を担当するInboundと、出荷の工程管理を担当するOutboundです。どちらの所属になるかは面接後決定されます。
Central Flow Operations のProcess Assistant(以下CFOps PA)は、Inbound/Outboundともに、複数拠点のオペレーションを遠隔操作により進捗管理を行い、各拠点での生産計画達成を遂行します。また、ネットワーク横断で発生する課題の解決やオペレーションの簡素化や改善、新しい管理Tool導入などの際のプロジェクトをリードするポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容と業務内容の配分】
Inbound
■オペレーション管理 50%
日々発生する急な変動要素に際し、全体を見渡した最適な判断とコントロールを行います。例えば、毎日の各拠点の入荷数量を確認し、リモートで入荷に関する設定や調整を実施します。
またお客様からのご注文に発送遅れが無いように在庫化の進捗を毎時間チェックし、リスク発生時に各拠点の担当者に連絡しリスクを取り除きます。
各拠点の入荷量制限の調整と在庫時間管理は、アマゾン独自の最先端のシステムを用い、システムの遠隔操作で同時に行います。
■業務上で発生したトラブルや問題の解決 30%
FCネットワーク横断で発生している品質問題等に関して、関連部署と協業し、原因を調査し、対策案を作成、関連部署と連携して各FCに展開します。
例えば、商品受領時に発生するエラーやミスにの原因を取り纏め、解決までのマイルストーンを描き解決まで導きます。
全体統括するサプライチェーン・商品を購入するチーム・配送トラックを管轄するチーム・システム開発チームなど多数のステークホルダーとの連携が必要になります。
■ピークに備えたオペレーションの準備 10%
アマゾン全体で開催されるセールに向けて準備項目の進捗管理を行い、是正・修正が必要な際は状況確認とリカバリー案を作成。確実に準備が整うようにネットワーク全体をリードします。
例えば、セールのピークの物量を試算し、その為に必要な設備や道具の準備を確認し、セール準備項目の指針を各拠点の担当者に発信します。準備期間中はその項目の進捗を発信し、
遅延発生時は必要なサポートや修正をリードします。
■リスク評価 & 新規オペレーションデザイン 10%
新しく導入するツールデザインのレビューを行い、FCで実際に運用ができるよう調整と修正を行います。ネットワークに展開するための標準作業手順を構築し、使用方法・注意事項等を全FCにトレーニングします。また、導入後は効果・リスクを数値化し、期待された内容であるかをAuditします。
Outbound
■オペレーションコントロール 65%
「コレート」と呼ばれる、お客様の注文に対しピック(在庫から商品を取り出す工程)の指示を出し、FCにてピック作業ができる状態にする操作を行います。そして、決められた時間までにピック作業が終わるように、Amazon独自のオペレーションシステムやツールを用いてコンフィグ調整をしながら遠隔操作をしていきます。ピックされた後の商品はパック(梱包)作業に入りますが、パックの仕掛り量に関しても決められた基準値内に保ち、安全で安定したパック作業ができるようにツールのモニタリングやコンフィグ調整を行います。これを1人辺り3~4拠点の複数のFCを受け持ち、同時にコントロールしていきます。
また、FCの請負会社(3PL)、またはAmazon社員から提示された出荷計画を元にオペレーションをしていきますが、計画に対し逸脱する場合は軌道修正をしていく為にFC側へ状況確認やリカバリー案の提案を都度行います。
■オペレーションプロセス/メカニズムの構築・改善 35%
FCによって異なる管理方法ではなく、可能な限り標準化された手法でオペレーションコントロールし、FC毎のオペレーションのバラつきを無くします。更に複雑な管理を簡素化し、誰がやっても同じ品質になるようなメカニズムを構築し、安定したオペレーションを確立できるように改善を重ねていきます。
その上で「これはできない」ではなく、「どうやったらできるようになるのか?」を常に考え、前進していくモチベーションが必要不可欠となります。
【働き方について】
・勤務形態:1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制のシフト勤務。
・勤務時間:1日8時間勤務、1ヶ月を平均して1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。
・休日:年間120日(月平均10日)
※原則、日勤、夜勤含めた2~3シフトで会社が決定し、遅くとも当月末日までに翌月分をお伝えします。シフトは日勤・夜勤の間にも必ず公休を挟み、負担が少ないよう配慮しています。

- 月額基本給 306,000 円以上(年俸を12分割支給)
- 時間外労働手当、深夜勤務手当、法定休日勤務手当分は労働時間に応じて支給される。
