前職はプラント建設現場での機械試運転員
未経験・29歳でエンジニアデビューしました

「未経験・文系出身・Excelは少し触れる」
SEに憧れがあったものの、僕の入社前の状態はこれ。
正直諦めていました…。
でも、知人がSEアシストで働いていることをきっかけに
挑戦してみようと1年前に入社を決意。
僕がエンジニアデビューできたのは
研修制度とサポート力が特出しているからだと思います。
エンジニアは寡黙なイメージでしたが
チームワークを大切にする社風で
みんな些細な質問でも丁寧に教えてくれる人ばかり
未経験の自分にとって、何でも聞ける環境は
とってもありがたいです…♪
今はSQL・Pythonを使用して
大規模データベースからデータ抽出・分析を行っています。
新人さんが入社したら、先輩達がしてくれたように
僕もしっかりサポートします

AIには興味あるけどプログラミングがわからなくて不安…

10:00~19:00(休憩 1 時間)
ほぼ残業なし/あっても1日1時間
