仕事概要
募集背景 「つくりおき.jp」は、週替わり11品目を冷蔵で届ける"多品種×大量生産"モデルという前例の少ないオペレーションに挑戦し、累計2,500万食を突破するまでに急成長しているサービスです。今後は全国規模でのフランチャイズ(以下、FC)展開、直営拠点の新設、さらに2026年春のシンガポール進出が控えており、生産体制は今まさに大きな転換点を迎えています。 こうした拠点拡大に伴い、品質基準の標準化と多拠点での再現性確保を強化していくことが必要なため、製造現場と密に連携しながら 品質保証体制の構築・改善をリードいただける仲間を募集することになりました。 本募集は「オープンポジション」として、面談を通じてご経験・ご志向に応じたポジションをご提案し、選考を進めさせていただくものです。 業務内容(一例) ご経験に応じ、以下のような業務をお任せします。 ・品質管理体制の構築および監査対応 ・品質管理業務の標準化、業務フローの設計・運用 ・現場(直営/FCキッチン)への品質管理指導・教育 ・社内外ステークホルダー(キッチン責任者・オペレーション担当)との連携・調整 ・品質管理に関する各種記録・レポートの作成 ・品質改善のための課題抽出・施策立案・実行 業務対象 ・自社キッチン(直営) ・フランチャイズ(FC)キッチン ※ポジションによっては、国内外出張が発生する可能性があります。 品質保証部について 部長1名とメンバー3名(品質保証1名、品質管理2名)で構成されています。メンバー全員が、食品工場などの大型施設における品質管理、ISO・FSSCの導入推進、品質保証・品質管理・品質検査といった実務を幅広く経験しています。 この少数精鋭のチームで、「つくりおき.jp」の品質保証全体の設計・改善を推進し、顧客や社会に対して自信を持って製品を届けられる仕組みの構築を目指しています。 参考情報 ・JFS-B認証取得大手企業出身者が語る、スタートアップで1人目の品質保証 ・Antwayの食品工場の裏側 <最近のお知らせ:2025年11月27日現在> 当社Antwayは、2025年11月にシリーズDにて約33億円の資金調達を実施し、累計調達額は約65億円となりました。 この大型調達により、自社キッチン拡張、国内でのサービス体制強化、さらにアジア展開を視野に入れたグローバル展開を本格化しています。この成長フェーズと事業拡大を支えるため、組織強化/新規採用を加速しています。弊社ビジョン「あらゆる家庭から義務をなくす」に共感いただける方、ぜひ一緒に挑戦しませんか? 弊社CEO前島の想いをこめた記事もぜひご覧ください
必須スキル
・食品業界において品質保証や品質管理に関わる業務経験 ・FSSCまたはISO、HACCPに関する基礎知識
歓迎スキル
・食品工場での監査経験(自社/他社問わず) ・工場現場スタッフへの品質管理指導のご経験 ・食品安全に関するトレーニングの企画・実施経験 ・海外食品工場での勤務経験

給与
・想定年収:450万円~810万円 ・月給制(給与内訳:基本給・固定残業代) *固定残業手当制(時間設定支給) *返還金固定残業代の相当時間:30.0時間/月 ・昇給機会:1年に1回程度 ・深夜残業代支給 ・正社員全員に交付ガイドラインに則ったストックオプションの付与有り

ポジションに応じて(1)(2)どちらかの勤務時間体制になります。 (1) 勤務時間 ・フレックスタイム制 *コアタイム:12:00~16:00 *休憩時間:60分 ・1日の標準労働時間:8時間 ・標準的な勤務時間帯:9:00〜18:00 ・リモートワーク可 *配属部署ごとに応相談 (2) 勤務時間 8:00〜22:00の間でシフト制(実働8時間、休憩1時間) ※業務都合により変更となる場合があります(勤務シフト表にて事前にご案内します) 休日・休暇 ・年間休日120日以上 ・土日祝休み ・有給休暇:試用期間終了後に11日付与(当社就業規則および法令に従う) その他 受動喫煙対策:あり(屋内禁煙) ※喫煙に関する社内規定あり
