【仕事内容】

アーティスト所属の事務所や

レコード会社からの要望を受け、

グッズやECサイト、FC向けの

イベントなどを企画するお仕事です。

お客様が抱える課題の解決に向け、

幅広い提案が可能です。

  • 案件の獲得
  • 新規顧客の対応

2.5次元俳優、YouTuber、芸人、

スポーツチームなど、

アプローチ先に制限はありません

  • 打ち合わせ

例えばTシャツ1つを取っても、

好きなデザインやカラーなど、

お客様によってこだわりがあります。

生地の厚さやシルエットまで、

細部を確認して納得のいくものを

作れるようにご提案することが大切です。

予算やスケジュールもすり合わせます。

  • イベントやECサイトの企画・販売

「FCの会員数を増やしたい」など、

お客様の抱える課題に合わせて

提案していきます。

  • 提案できるのはグッズ以外にも・・・

チケット(プレイガイド)、ECサイト、

ライブ・イベント製作、映像製作、

レーベル、ロジスティック。

営業という枠はありつつも、

提案できるものの幅が広いため、

クライアントのお悩みを

ものづくりやエンタメの側面から

広く解決できます。

<<メンバーについて>>

企画営業に携わっているのは、

男性7名、女性5名の合計12名。

全員が中途入社です。

30代の社員が多く、平均勤続年数は5年程度。

中には10年目の女性社員もいます

各々の案件も協力して業務を進めており、

困ったときは相談し合うなど

チームワークもバッチリ

同業他社から転職してきた

メンバーの定着率も高いのが特徴です

社員は18名で23歳から50歳までと

幅広い年代の社員が活躍しています

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・35歳未満(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

10:30~19:30(実働8時間)

※残業は1日1~2時間程度、

月40時間以内です。

※基本的には定時までに

退社しようという考え方で、

残業時間が40時間を超える場合には

業務改善していく方針です。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 40万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給25万円~40万円+賞与(業績により支給)

※能力やスキルを考慮し、加給・優遇いたします。

※月40時間分の固定残業代(6万円~9万6000円)を含みます。

超過分は時間外手当を別途支給します。
