本ポジションは楽天グループ株式会社に属しながら、楽天モバイル株式会社の業務を受託していただく想定です。楽天モバイル株式会社は、革新的な技術と先進性でキャリア事業に参入し、魅力的なサービス提供に向けて挑戦を続けています。品質管理支援室のミッションは、楽天モバイルが提供するそれらのサービス品質、製品品質など包括的な品質改善を通じた顧客満足の最大化です。プログラムマネジメント室はイシュードリブンで社内でプロジェクトに参画(もしくはローンチ)し、現場視点に立ちながら第2線として品質改善・課題解決まで支援いたします。

募集背景
楽天モバイルのさらなる顧客獲得、解約防止に向け社内で様々なプロジェクトが進行しています。課題解決のサイクルをより加速させ、より多くのプロジェクトで業務プロセス品質の向上に寄与すること、それに伴い本ポジションをより強固にするための欠員&増員募集となります。
プログラムマネジメント室は11名在席していますが、本募集ポジションは主に1名の管理者、2名のメンバー(20代1名、30代1名)と業務を行います。
業種問わず、課題改善やプロジェクトのマネジメント経験がある方を募集いたします。

業務内容
<業務概要>
イシュードリブンで社内でプロジェクトに参画(もしくはローンチ)し、現場視点に立ちながら第2線として品質改善・課題解決の支援
<主な業務内容>
アサインされた業務における課題解決までの実行支援。具体的には以下の通り:
・課題現状分析、真因特定、再発防止策の提案、策定(実際にプロセスを作成する、立ち上げフェーズは手を動かして現場に引継ぎを行うケースもございます。)
・品質管理項目、基準の策定(KPI)
・現場の進捗管理、リスク管理
・上記プロジェクトの役員への進捗報告

・楽天モバイル部材(B2B)の配送品質改善
・株主優待のSIM提供に関わる品質管理
・国際ローミングの申請プロセス改善

<組織構成>
・人数(品質管理支援室:約50名/各課に10名程度)
・年齢層:20代から50代以上幅広く在席
・新卒中途割合:中途入社が中心
<平均残業時間>
10~20時間程度/月

業種は様々で、過去に課題改善や品質改善を経験していたメンバーが在席。
<活躍をしている中途入社者のキャリアパス実例>
プログラムマネジメント室で経験を積んだのち、全国の社長案件プロジェクトにアサインされるケースもございます。基本的には最初は小さな課題改善から入り、徐々に事業かかわる大きなプロジェクトにアサインされていくことになります。
必須要件:
・品質改善、もしくは何らかの改善業務経験3年以上
・TOEICスコア800点相当以上の英語力
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
歓迎要件:
・多国籍環境における業務、およびミーティングファシリテーションスキル
・部門横断的な環境におけるプレゼンテーション/コミニュケーションスキル
・プロジェクトマネジメント、またはプログラムマネジメントスキル
・チームマネジメントスキル
その他:
英語要件に関する補足
TOEIC 800点以上(もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること)
内定通知のタイミングまでには資格の証明が必要です。
スコアをお持ちでない、もしくは証明書が無い方は、選考過程で弊社主催のTOEIC IPテストをご案内いたします。
