五感で学ぶ会社説明会 ― インフラの未来を支えるリアルにふれる1日
オンラインでは、伝えきれない。
どんなに動画を見ても、どんなに画面越しで話を聞いても、
やっぱり「空気感」や「人柄」、「仕事の温度」は、その場に行ってみないとわからない。
この説明会は、対面だからこそ味わえる"リアルな出会い"を大切にした1日です。
エネルギー・プラント・インフラの世界って、実際どんな仕事?
日鉄P&E(NSPE)で働く人たちって、どんな想いを持ってるの?
気になることを、気軽に聞けて、肌で感じて、自分の将来を考えるきっかけに。

開催地:東京
対象:理系の方を推奨しています(特に機械、電気、土木、建築、化学などを専攻の方)
時間:1回あたり約2時間(予定)
持ち物: 筆記用具(服装は自由です)
【プログラム内容】
1.業界研究(30分)
「エネルギー×インフラ」ってどう関係してる?
プラント業界がどのように社会を支えているのか、ゼロからわかりやすく解説します。
文系の方でも安心して学べる内容です。
2.NSPEの役割と職種紹介(30分)
私たちが社会の中でどんな立ち位置にいて、どのようにインフラを支えているのか
施工事例を紹介しながら、設計・施工・保守といった職種の違いも丁寧にご説明します。
「どんなふうに専攻が活きる?」
「施工管理って、具体的に何をするの?」
そんな疑問にも応えます
3.業務体感ワーク(30分)
現場では「危険を予測する力」が求められます。
施工管理職で日常的に行われているKY(危険予知)活動を、
イラストを使った個人ワーク&グループワークで体験してみましょう。
「ただの危険予測」では終わらない、現場の工夫と連携の奥深さに気づくかも。
4.若手社員座談会(30分)
一番楽しみにしてほしいのがこの時間。
年齢の近い若手社員が、皆さんの「就活の悩み」や「入社の決め手」「リアルな働き方」に本音でお答えします
業務内容はもちろん、会社の雰囲気、休みの取り方、失敗談まで…なんでも質問OKです
