ファインディ株式会社について ファインディ株式会社は、「つくる人がかがやけば、世界はきっと豊かになる」をミッションに掲げ、エンジニア向けのプロダクトを複数展開しています。 独自のアルゴリズムとヒューマニティを融合し、エンジニア個人や組織、企業の成長支援を通じて日本のイノベーション創出を最大化することを目指しています。 登録ユーザー数は20万人、利用企業は2700社を突破。 2024年はインド、アジアを中心に海外への展開も積極的に行っており、エンジニアが挑戦できる世界共通のプラットフォーム事業を多数展開していきます。 主力サービスである『Findy』と『Findy Freelance』の登録ユーザー数は合計で10万人を超え、クライアント企業も750社以上と急成長中です。エンジニア組織支援SaaSの『Findy Team+』、開発ツールに特化したレビューサイト『Findy Tools』もリリースし、プロダクト開発とサービス提供を加速しています。 Findy Freelanceについて) Findy Freelanceはハイスキルなフリーランスエンジニアに5万人登録いただいているマッチングサービスになっています。スタートアップ・ベンチャー企業への支援に加えて、大企業のDXを担うアドバイザリーの紹介など、「業務委託」という雇用形態を通じて企業の組織変革やフリーランスエンジニアのキャリアを支援しています。 企業側のニーズも旺盛で引き合いも多く、人員規模もFindy Freelance事業部では30名(2023年)56名(2024年)70名(2025年)と拡大中です。 事例記事 不確実性の高い事業の立ち上げ仮定でFindy Freelanceを選択肢た理由~ 株式会社LayerX × Findy Freelance|紹介事例インタビュー ヤマハモーターソリューションのモダナイズ戦略を支えるFindy Freelanceの活用 募集背景と解決したい課題 既存事業はエンジニア採用・業務委託活用ニーズも活況であり事業全体が大きく伸びている状況ですが、今後より非連続な成長を目指すにあたって、従来のビジネスオペレーションだけでなく、既存のアセットを活用した事業領域の拡大・新規マネタイズポイント構築など、既存の延長線上にないビジネスの構築を目指しています。 具体的には以下のテーマに取り組んでいます。 ・ターゲットの拡大(企業・ユーザー双方含む)に伴う市場・業界などの調査・分析 ・拡張領域における戦略策定・実行 ・拡大に向けたビジネスオペレーションの構築 ・生成AI・MCPツールを活用したプロダクト・Ops設計 ・顧問紹介やチームマッチングなど既存の枠組みを超えたマッチング事例の創出 ・システム関連ビジネスの探索 FindyFreelanceではハイスキルフリーランスエンジニアとスタートアップ〜ベンチャー企業とのマッチングが多くなっていますが、技術革新の急速な進展、特に生成AIに関連する技術が市場に大きな影響を与える中で、従来のビジネスモデルをアップデートしていく必要性を強く感じており、今後マッチングモデルの拡張や人材領域を超えたマンタイズポイントの構築をしていきたいと考えています 本ポジションは役員直下の事業開発(Bizdev)ポジションになっています。事業の探索からビジネスオペレーションの構築、プロダクト開発など手広く担っていただきます。 (体制) ・執行役員事業部長:30代前半 インテリジェンスFindy10番目の社員として入社 ・事業副部長:30代後半 レバレジーズで新規事業の立ち上げを担い、介護士の人材紹介サービスの事業責任者を経験。100名を超えるメンバーのマネジメントを実施 業務内容 具体的な業務内容は、これまでのご経験や得意分野に合わせて相談の上で決めさせていただきますが、現状の想定を一例でご紹介します。 ・既存事業のアセットを活用した新しいマッチングモデルの構築(システム受託開発) ・その他マネタイズポイントの模索 主に下記経験がある方にフィットする内容になるかと思います 受託系会社にてPMや営業として活躍されていた方 ・ハイスキルフリーランスエンジニアを活用した受託ビジネスモデルの模索 ・フリーランスエンジニア関連サービスの模索 スタートアップ・ベンチャーで営業からマーケまで守備範囲広く経験をしており、将来的に事業責任者になりたい方
必須スキル
以下いずれかの実務経験3年以上をお持ちの方 ・Web/IT/SaaS/人材サービス領域における事業会社でのビジネス開発、事業開発の経験 ・マーケティング施策またはオペレーション改善を活かした事業/サービスグロース経験 ・プロダクトを活用した企画・施策を実行した経験 ・受託ビジネスとして中規模/大規模案件を担当されていた方
歓迎スキル
・プログラミングや開発に関する知識またはエンジニアと協業した経験 ・起業経験、またはスタートアップでのマネジメント経験 ・高度な問題解決力、分析力 ・短期~中長期戦略のバランスを考え、事業推進するマインドをお持ちの方 ・コンサルティングファームでの事業開発、支援の経験
