早川建築株式会社は、中津川市/恵那市/瑞浪市で、注文住宅の新築戸建・増築・リノベーション(リフォーム)等を手掛けています。

■仕事内容:
インテリアのコーディネートや住宅設備に関する業務、図面作成など幅広い業務を担当いただきます。

・契約後の顧客打ち合わせ
・インテリアコーディネート業務
→照明、壁紙(クロス)、カーテン、床材色など、空間を彩るアイテム選び
・図面や間取りの確認

【未経験でも安心の教育体制】
入社後1~2ヶ月はロープレやトークスクリプトで仕事の流れを習得。
2~3ヶ月目には先輩社員と一緒に接客通じて実務を学びます。
半年~1年後にはご自身中心でお打ち合わせを進める事を目指して、独り立ちに向けて着実に経験を積んでいただけます。
建築会社のセミナーやWeb研修を通じたスキル向上支援も充実しており、未経験からでも安心して成長できる環境です。
