仕事概要
ハイクラス層向けマッチングアプリ「ゴージャス」のマーケティング担当として、会員獲得施策から会員コミュニケーション(CRM)まで推進いただきます。 「ゴージャス」はリリースから3年を迎えた恋活・婚活マッチングアプリで、1,000億円規模の市場の中でハイクラス層に特化した独自のポジションを確立してきました。 現在は成長フェーズに入っており、次の大きなチャレンジとして下記が控えています。 ・質の高い出会いを最短距離で実現するための新機能リリース ・webとOOHを組み合わせたハイクラス層に深くリーチするマーケティング ・ゴージャスのブランドや事業アセットを活用した新規事業創出 また、アイザックグループでは、ハイクラス向けやミドルシニア向けといった特化型マッチングアプリを複数展開しており、マッチングアプリ事業のさらなる横展開を視野に入れています。 ミッション ・web広告やインフルエンサーPRなどを用いてゴージャスの会員獲得を推進 ・メール/LINEやアプリ通知といったプッシュ型の会員コミュニケーション推進 業務内容 ・web広告運用(未経験でも入社後にレクチャーします) ・インフルエンサーのリストアップとPR企画・実行を推進 ・コミュニティマーケティングとして座談会やインタビューの実施 ・データ分析・マーケティングのPDCAサイクルを回す このポジションの魅力 ・急成長フェーズ(10100)toCアプリのマーケティングを担える ・少数チームの中で短期間で幅広いマーケティング経験を得られる ・TV CMやタクシー広告などへの大型投資が可能 ・フラットな組織で自身のアイデアをすぐ施策に反映できる こんな方におすすめ ・toCアプリのマーケティングをしたい ・幅広いマーケティング手法を経験したい ・自らの仕事が人々の恋愛・結婚につながることにやりがいを感じる 【アイザックグループについて】 当グループは「世の中を、実験しよう」をミッションに、AI・SaaS・マッチング・ヘルスケア・エンタメなど、さまざまな領域で事業を展開するラボのような会社です。 Rubyのコミッターの一人でもあるCEOの田中を筆頭に高い技術力を持つエンジニアが多数在籍しており、積極的に新規事業を立ち上げています。 創業から自己資本経営を貫いており、10期目のグループ売上は約60億円まで成長しています。メンバー数は80名を超え、さらなる成長のために組織強化を図っています。
