▍主な業務内容
ミドル・ハイクラス層を中心とした両面型人材紹介のエグゼクティブコンサルタントとして、以下の業務をお任せします。本ポジションはハイインセンティブプレイヤーとしてのご活躍を想定しております。
・担当企業への深耕営業および担当領域の新規開拓
・経営層や人事担当者との商談を通じた求人獲得と人材提案
・求人要件に合致する人材の発掘(サーチ・スカウト)
・求職者との面談(電話/オンライン)および求人紹介
・面接設定、面接対策、条件交渉
・入社前後の丁寧なフォローアップ
