仕事内容:

大学内の経理部にて事務をお願いします。

派遣スタッフ多数活躍中

<経理、財務に関わる業務全般>

・書類の作成・整理、パソコン入力、それらに伴う教職員や取引業者との応対

・小口現金や金券などの出納

・請求・入金の管理

・決済対応(IBデータ作成・金融機関窓口での支払依頼)

・電子申請システム(楽楽精算)の入力、会計伝票起票

<行事イベントに関わる業務>

・オープンキャンパス、入試、入学式、卒業式などの運営補助

<付随業務>

・会議参加、電話応対、その他各業務に付随する業務
