■テナント情報収集、販促企画立案実施
■近隣への団体集客営業、団体客・旅行関連エージェントへの対応
■マーケティング制作物の在庫管理
■ポスター、ブローシャー、フラットマップ等の補充作業
■プロモーションの促進
■HPのプレミアムイベントスペース部分及びイベント部分の更新
■各種キャンペーンの実行・運営
■クーポン券やその他のデータの整理・カウント
■メディアからの取材依頼の対応とコーディネーション
■テナント研修、衛生検査の実施

経験業界 :不動産開発・運営
(特に、PM/BM企業における商業施設の運営/管理)、
小売・流通
(百貨店・GMS・コンビニエンスストア等の商業施設関連)、
旅行代理店、アミューズメント/レジャー
経験スキル:商業施設の運営/管理経験、テナントリーシング経験、店舗開発の経験、
小売・流通(本部業務、店舗側での本部/管理部門との交渉、店舗統括)、
旅行代理店(商業施設内イベントやプロモーション活動の企画・実施
店舗との連携による観光プロモーション、企画造成)
アミューズメント/レジャー(施設全体の運営および管理業務、
来場者対応やサービス品質の点検/改善、CS向上のための分析・施策立案・実行)
技能スキル:PCスキル(Excel、Word、PPT)
英語力 :不問(できれば尚可、TOEIC550点以上(目安))
学歴 :大卒
資格 :自動車運転免許(業務で使用する可能性があります。)
人物等 :多くの関係者とのコミュニケーションをいとわず、楽しめる方
指示待ちではなく、「自分で決めて動かすこと」が好きな方
スピードや段取りを大事にされる方

勤務時間 :9:15~18:00/12:00~20:45 等(1日7時間45分、シフト制)
