Job Description
- This newly created role will see you take the lead on a wide variety of transactions / agreements. Your role will take a leading role on complex transactions, ensuring legal support is available throughout deal lifecycles.
- You will offer on-point advice to business units on a range of complex issues and across the working region.
- You will work closely with teams on the structuring and the design of new products in existing and new markets.
- You will also offer hands on support for other topics such as commercial, compliance and project related matters.
Requirements
- 6 - 12 PQE
- Law firm training at a Tier 1 law firm
- Transactional background (open on practice area)
- Japanese languages - near native minimum requirement
- Ability to work with stakeholders across Asia, Europe and the US
