【仕事内容】

  • AIアプリケーション開発

・Webサイト制作・修正自動化の開発

・広告予算運用の自動算出アルゴリズムの設計および開発

・AIエージェントシステムの実装

・機械学習モデルのトレーニング、評価、改善

・Google Analytics、Google Search Consoleなどのサイトデータおよび広告データを統合した分析モデルの開発

・Supabase、Heroku、Vercel上でのAIモデルのデプロイメント管理

・データサイエンスチームおよびバックエンドチームとの連携

・最新のAI技術の研究および導入

  • 開発環境

バージョン管理:GitHub

フロントエンド:Typescript, Javascript(React)

バックエンド:Python(Fast API)

データベース:Supabase

インフラ:Heroku、Vercel

  • 社内業務の生産性向上

・各部門の業務フローの構築・自動化(n8n, GAS, Pythonなど)

・ツール連携におけるMCP活用と社内展開

・LLMエージェントと既存ツールの統合・拡張

・、MCP対応APIの設計・PoC構築

・自社エージェントへのMCP統合と周辺開発(例:UI, 設定フロー)

【応募資格】

  • 必須要件

・機械学習フレームワーク(TensorFlow、PyTorchなど)の使用経験

・機械学習または深層学習,自然言語の基礎理解

・データサイエンスおよび統計学の知識

原則出社ですが、ご家庭の事情等やむを得ない場合は、柔軟に対応可能です。

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均30時間〜30時間

【給与】

600万円〜800万円

月給制 基本給330741円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として114136円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

  • 通勤手当

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)上限25000円

  • 賞与あり 年2〜4回(9月、3月) ※決算賞与2ヶ月分、個人業績賞与2ヶ月分
  • 昇給あり 年1回
