設備メンテナンス・エンジニア
【仕事内容】
普段私たちが利用している学校や商業施設、オフィスビルなどで、エアコンや水道が当たり前に使えるようにするための「配管」をつなぐお仕事です。
【まずは先輩の"手元"から】 最初から難しい作業は任せません。「次はこの道具を使うよ」「はい」といった、先輩への道具渡しや簡単なサポートからスタート。現場は神奈川・東京エリアが中心です。
【半年かけて、じっくりと】 1つの現場にかける期間は、約半年。毎日違う現場を飛び回るような慌ただしさはありません。 同じ場所で腰を据えて作業ができるので、先輩とも呼吸が合わせやすく、焦らず自分のペースで仕事を覚えられます。
