分譲住宅または注文住宅の

提案営業・販売をお任せします。

パナソニック耐震工法による

「テクノストラクチャー」の

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

  • 勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(実働8時間)
  • 営業所は19時に閉まるため、

お客様対応を除けば、

19時以降に残業することは基本的にありません。

  • 月の平均残業時間は20時間以内

  • 完全週休2日制(火・水)

半日単位でも取得可能なので、

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 31万121円 〜 35万121円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万9879円 〜 3万9879円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり21時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

  • 月給 380,000円 〜(宅地建物取引士資格手当:3万円 含む)

固定残業代:21時間分、46,557円〜を含む。

上記時間の超過分は別途支給します。

  • 各種手当

・車両持ち込みの場合:4万円

・宅地建物取引士:3万円

・一級建築士:5万円

・二級建築士:3万円

  • 昇給:年1回
  • 賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
  • 交通費:全額支給(電車通勤の場合)

※経験や能力、前職の給与などを考慮して決定します。

※上記とは別に、月々の歩合率の高い給与体系もあります。

ご希望に応じて、相談しながら給与体系を決めることができます。

営業力に自信がついてから、給与体系を切り替えることも可能なので
