仕事内容:

エンターテインメント企業のデジタル事業を支える、やりがいのあるポジションです。

  1. プロジェクトマネジメントと実装

    動画配信サービスなどのウェブサービス開発・運営プロジェクトにおいて、PM(プロジェクトマネージャー)として進行管理と実装を担っていただきます。他のPMと連携しながら、プロジェクトを成功に導いてください。

  2. 要求・要件定義

    ビジネス部門や協力会社と連携し、プロダクトの要求ヒアリングから具体的な開発要件への落とし込みを主体的に行います。ビジネスと開発の橋渡し役として活躍できます。

  3. チームマネジメント

    プロジェクトチームのリソース管理や、業務委託メンバーの補充判断、採用ニーズの連携など、チームを円滑に運営するためのマネジメント業務を担当いただきます。開発体制を強化し、100万ユーザーを超えるサービスの技術力を高めるフェーズにおいて、あなたのPM経験と技術的な知見が不可欠です。

要件定義から実装管理まで、プロジェクトを完遂させるために、高い折衝力と期待値コントロール能力を発揮できる方を求めています。大規模サービスの成長とより良い顧客体験の提供に貢献する、責任あるポジションです。

求める人材:

【基本スキル】

・iOS/Androidの開発/運用経験(1年以上)

・toCプロダクトでの開発/運用経験(1年以上)

・PMないしディレクションのご経験(3年以上)

・プロジェクトマネジメント業務に携わったご経験

【尚可スキル】

・APIの移行プロジェクト経験

・負荷試験や、パフォーマンス向上に向けた設計経験

・動画配信プロダクトへの知見

・自ら課題を発見し、プロダクトへの落とし込みができる力
