インターコンチネンタル札幌では、ゲストの素晴らしい体験をサポートするコンシェルジュを募集しています。2025年10月開業予定の当ホテルで、コンシェルジュとしてゲスト満足度を向上させる役割を担っていただきます。 

主な業務内容 

ゲストに対して、迅速で効率的かつ個別対応のサービスを提供 

地元の観光名所、レストラン、イベント、交通機関などに関する情報をゲストに提供 

ゲストからのリクエストを確認し、適切なサービスや情報を提供 

ゲストの特別なリクエスト(チケット手配、レストラン予約、観光案内など)をサポート 

ゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウト時にスムーズな手続きをサポート 

主要な観光地や施設に関する最新情報を収集し、共有 

ゲストに対して、ホテル内のサービスや施設に関する情報を案内 

ゲストからの問い合わせや問題に迅速に対応し、問題解決に努める 

チーフコンシェルジュおよびチームと連携し、サービス品質の向上に貢献 

旅行のアシスタンスやタクシー手配、荷物の移動などの支援 

ゲストへの丁寧で誠実な対応を心掛け、ブランドの顔として活躍 

ゲストからのフィードバックを収集し、サービス改善に役立てる 

その他、必要な業務を柔軟に対応 

求める人物像 

高いコミュニケーションスキルと優れた顧客サービス精神 

高級ホテルまたは同等の環境でのコンシェルジュ業務または関連業務に2年以上の経験 

ゲストに対して迅速かつ効果的に対応できる能力 

英語と日本語に堪能で、他の言語が話せる方歓迎 

プレッシャーの中でも冷静に対応できる能力 

明るく、親しみやすい態度でゲストに接することができる方 

高校卒業資格(大学・専門学校卒業であれば尚可) 

チームでの協力を大切にし、柔軟に業務をこなす姿勢

Concierge 

Location: InterContinental Sapporo 

At InterContinental Sapporo, we are looking for a Concierge to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As part of the opening team for the hotel, this role will be key in supporting guest satisfaction and delivering memorable moments from the very first interaction. 

A little taste of your day-to-day 

Provide swift, efficient, and personalized service to all guests 

Share expert local knowledge, including information on attractions, events, restaurants, and transport options 

Assist guests with special requests, such as ticket bookings, restaurant reservations, and sightseeing tours 

Support guests with check-ins and check-outs to ensure smooth and efficient procedures 

Collect and share up-to-date information on local places of interest, such as hours of operation and special exhibitions 

Offer detailed information about hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience 

Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction 

Collaborate with the Chief Concierge and team to ensure the highest service standards are maintained 

Assist with guest transportation needs, including arranging taxis and luggage assistance 

Act as a brand ambassador, representing the hotel with professionalism and courtesy 

Collect feedback from guests and contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards 

Flexibly support other duties as required, based on operational needs 

What we need from you 

Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service 

At least 2 years of experience in a concierge or related role in a luxury hotel or equivalent environment 

Ability to work under pressure and manage guest requests efficiently 

Fluent in both English and Japanese, with additional language skills being a plus 

A proactive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences 

A high school diploma (college or university degree is a plus) 

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
