About the department
We're paving the way in a completely new market. And in the Patient Engagement and New Business Model department (PENB), it's up to us to develop new strategies and deliver a new obesity narrative around the globe. This is an opportunity to collaborate with brave and innovative minds, navigating uncharted territory together.
Global and united, we're all playing a different part on the same mission to eradicate the obesity pandemic forever. Here in the PENB department, we evaluate all business development activities to optimize partnership so we can drive awareness of Novo Nordisk in and amongst the Obesity market and build relationships with key external stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), associations and external partners.

The position
As a Senior Manager, Business Partnership Management, you will contribute to the realization of our mission: "Establish Obesity Disease as a disease that requires medical intervention and provide people with Obesity Disease in Japan with new, innovative and effective treatments and treatment environment" by contributing as a market development team member. You will support leading the development of the obesity market in Japan through exploration and implementation of innovative approaches in private and public sector, anchored in patient needs, in collaboration with other functions (Comms, public affairs, medical, local market access, etc.) while managing compliance and reputational risks – focusing mostly on diagnosis and treatment pillars of patient journey.
